Introduction

The days when therapy was considered something to be ashamed of are long gone. Our sessions are simply your safe, confidential space where you can just be yourself, learn new emotional regulation skills, deepen self-awareness and independence. No judgement, no bias, no pressure, but the opportunity to vent, develop trust, explore your emotional world and learn how to tackle life challenges in a healthy balanced way. I try to create the environment where you feel heard, accepted and understood.

In addition to eight years of professional experience, my personal life journey, multi-cultural background and continuous professional development and research allows me to help my clients find different perspectives on difficult life situations, becoming more confident as they progress.

 

​I worked with various issues, including depression, anxiety, loss and bereavement, co-dependency, parenting, childhood trauma, anger, family and relationship issues and many more, while volunteering for mental health charities and privately, with clients from diverse backgrounds in the UK and worldwide.

Services & Fees

During our work together I integrate therapeutic approaches from various models to help you get the most out of our sessions. These include, but are not limited to :

- Person Centered Counselling

- Cognitive Behavioural Therapy

- Solution Focused Therapy 

- Relationship Coaching

- Mindfulness Life Coaching 

- Psychoeducation

Services are accessible via 50 minute online video or telephone sessions and cost £40, concessions are offered to students.
